How to start
An API key from your Prom account
Create a key in your seller account and paste it into SC CRM.
Choose what to receive
Orders and chats are switched on separately; the product catalogue can be imported.
Work in SC CRM
New orders arrive on their own, and the Nova Poshta shipment status shows in the order.
What is not there yet
SC CRM changes nothing in your Prom account: statuses, prices and stock are not sent back yet, and you reply to buyers in Prom itself. We are preparing these separately and will switch them on only with your permission.
